Q Can you return the Plants?

Ans: No

Q How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Ans: The orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the orders placed. Most of our orders are delivered within 2-6 working days.

Q In case you find the plant damaged?

Ans: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item / items are missing from your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you with an exchange or shipment of the missing parts.

Q Are the live plants are delivered as shown on the website?

Ans: Please note in case of live plants, the products can't be same as shown in the image. While we create utmost care at designing our catalog, the products will vary from the site. Hence the difference ion the products received vs the catalog photos will not be covered under return, refund and exchange policy.
